How to Setup IPTV on MAG Box (MAG 322/420/524)

MAG boxes are purpose-built for IPTV and offer the most authentic TV-like experience. Here's how to configure your MAG device with Nomad IPTV.

Compatible MAG Models

• MAG 254 / MAG 256 (older, still supported)
• MAG 322 / MAG 324 (mid-range)
• MAG 420 / MAG 424 (4K capable)
• MAG 524 / MAG 540 (latest models)

Setup Instructions

1. Connect your MAG box to your TV via HDMI and to the internet via ethernet.
2. Power on and go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
3. In "Portal 1 Name," type "Nomad IPTV".
4. In "Portal 1 URL," enter the portal URL from your welcome email.
5. Click OK and restart your MAG box.
6. The portal will load automatically with all your channels.

Providing Your MAC Address

MAG boxes use your device's MAC address for authentication instead of username/password. When you order your Nomad IPTV subscription, provide the MAC address found in Settings → Device Info.

Troubleshooting

• Portal won't load? Double-check the URL for typos.
• No channels? Ensure your MAC address was registered correctly.
• Buffering? Switch from WiFi to ethernet cable.
